WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook have gone down in a few sections for the world, clients covered Monday evening (October 4), reports nytimes. 

"Apologies, something turned out badly. We're chipping away at it and we'll sort it out in a hurry," a message on the Facebook site said. 

Clients posted messages on Twitter saying the well known interpersonal interaction and correspondence stages were out of reach around 9 pm Indian time.
